Retained

The Retained Search is ideal for filling senior-level executive roles, technically complex positions, or critically important and confidential searches. This plan allows us to deploy a full research team, assign top priority to your search, and conduct the most thorough search effort possible.

With this plan, you’ll receive only a carefully selected group of candidates who have been pre-qualified based on your specific criteria. The Retained Plan is crucial for senior executive roles, highly specialized or challenging searches, or situations where the company's hiring authorities need to focus their time and efforts on the final candidates.

The payment structure for the Retained Plan is 1/3 of the expected service fee upfront, 1/3 after 30 days, and the remaining balance upon the successful completion of the search.

Priority

Our Priority Search Plan is the most commonly chosen search option, ideal for situations that demand urgency, require specific technical expertise or experience, or involve filling a crucial position within your organization. This plan involves a modest, non-refundable retainer fee, which is later credited toward the total standard fee. The amount of the retainer is based on factors such as the number of positions to be filled, the complexity of the search, or the required project timeline. In every case, the retainer fee is deducted from the final fee upon successful completion of the assignment.

By opting for the Priority Search Plan, we can expedite the search process with immediate involvement from our Project Team. Most of our clients favor this option because, with a minimal commitment on their part, they secure our full dedication to designing and executing a comprehensive search effort, ensuring access to the best available candidates in the market.

Contingency

The Contingency Plan is an additional method for identifying candidates for our clients. While it may be less formal and structured than the Retained or Priority Search Plans, the Contingency Search Plan has demonstrated success in specific projects.
